IT Department

The IT department of ISM is responsible for:

1- Develop and maintain databases for the management of Human and Financial Resources.

2- Development of company-specific applications.

3- GIS/IT

4- Administration of the company’s internet and intranet network.

5- Provide technical support, updating, maintenance and inventory of hardware and software.

6- Select and implement integrated management software packages.

7- Give advice, training for the benefit of users on the new technologies to enable them to take charge of their apps.

8- Provide advice for the choice of hardware and software.

9- Improve internal and external communication and the work of group through the use of new information and communication technologies.

10- Develop and implement procedures manuals computers as well as support manuals for user training.
